Midtown Medical Aesthetics was founded by Courtney Dickens, a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees at Belmont University. During this time, she was recognized by the university as a recipient of the Belmont Alumni Association Scholarship. Courtney was also invited to present her scholarly research on autologous platelet-rich plasma at a national conference.

Following graduation, Courtney started working at Moore Life Urgent Care and is their lead provider. She is equipped to assess, treat, and diagnose a multitude of conditions. She further went on to obtain her certification as an advanced cosmetic injector and opened Midtown Medical Aesthetics in 2021. In addition, she works as needed for Wellskin Dermatology and Aesthetics. Courtney has a niche and passion for the cosmetic industry and specializes in cosmetic procedures and injections.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, hanging out on the lake and going to the gym. Most of all, she loves spending time with her son, Caden.
